• You should review and verify all AI-generated content before use

We use AI services from Anthropic, OpenAI, Cerebras, and other providers through Vercel AI Gateway. These services have their own terms and policies, and their availability may affect Service functionality.

Service Content

The Walnut Writer application, including its design, features, code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.

AI-Assisted Content

Content created with AI assistance may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding the intellectual property implications of AI-assisted content in your use case.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Third-party AI provider limitations or outages
• Technical issues or infrastructure problems
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations
